Since the Bologna Treaty and the growing focus of governments on education and competences, educational and professional training became a major concern in the global economies. Being aware of this reality, the GVI GROUP created this unit, which will operate in 3 sectors: Private training - Co-financiated training - Advanced training
The Private Training sector is based on modular courses, which certify our trainees with quality training of expertise and individuality. Without neglecting the final result, we try to adapt our methods and teaching/training processes to the individual capacities of our trainees, their focuses of interest, their motivation sources, necessities and surroundings, relying on a diversity of incentives and pedagogic strategies.The Co-financed Training sector only initiated in our country in July 2007, with the project QREN and its component ‘Human Potential’. Professional Training is a right recognized in the European Charter of the Council of Europe (art. 10), as well as in the National Legislation, by the Labour Law, where companies are made liable to provide professional training to their employees. The recognition of this right troughout their professional life has the goal of improving the commitment of the collaborators, as well as allowing a personal and professional valorisation. |
